Manish Kumar is the founder and CEO of btechnotes.in – a helpful website for BTech students to get notes, PYQs, and much more. He is currently studying Electronics and Communication Engineering at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology (BPIT), Delhi.
Manish was born on 3rd September 2005, in a small village called Norangpura, near Pilani, Rajasthan. He did his early schooling at Sant Public School, Mandrella, and later moved to Delhi in class 5. From there, he studied at Gautam Model Public School, and then at Rahul Model Public School till class 9.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he shifted back to his village and completed class 10 from Indian Children Academy, scoring 74% (RBSE Board). Then, he returned to Delhi and completed his 11th and 12th with PCM + Computer Science from Govt. Co-Ed Sr. Sec. School No. 3, Palam Enclave, scoring 78%.
Manish always had an interest in anchoring and stage activities. In school, he also tried acting but didn’t get selected in his first attempt due to no experience. Still, he didn’t give up and continued to take part in college events as an anchorand student coordinator.
He prepared hard for JEE, studying 9–10 hours daily. Though he didn’t get a top rank (scored 83 percentile), he never lost hope. He also gave other exams like VITEEE, KVPY, NISER, and finally got into BPIT (IPU).
After joining college, he started a YouTube channel called @manishs_way, where he helps students find good colleges and gives useful counselling tips. The response was amazing.
This is where the idea of btechnotes.in was born. Many students were struggling to find proper notes and study materials. So, Manish used his summer break to build this website using WordPress and ChatGPT – all by himself, with zero help, just passion and hard work.
Today, btechnotes.in is growing fast and trusted by many. It offers:
- 📚 Notes for all semesters
- 📄 PYQs (Previous Year Papers)
- 📝 Assignments and File-Making Services
- 📌 Cheat Sheets & Study Tips
He also supports college events through sponsorship and marketing to grow his platform.
