What You’ll Be Doing (Roles & Responsibilities)

Event Management – Handle the event from start to finish, including managing the gate, box office, and live streaming.
Client Coordination – Work closely with customers at the event to ensure their needs are met.
Vendor & Venue Partnerships – Build strong relationships with local vendors and event venues.
Final Event Checks – On the event day, ensure everything is set up as per the client’s expectations.
Post-Event Analysis – Assess the event’s success and report findings.
Communication Support – Help the manager with event communication strategies.
Ticketing Management – Oversee ticketing for plays, concerts, and sports events across India.
Inventory Handling – Keep track of event materials like lanyards, printers, and PDAs.
Reporting & Reconciliation – Prepare post-event reports.
